Abstract:

Robotics and Physical AI will create the next Industrial revolution, transforming the quality of our lives fundamentally with Humanoids and Autonomous Mobile Robots. In the first half of this talk, we explain why it is the Next Frontier for our Industry, backing it up with mega trends, advancements in AI and simulations and compute power. The second half of the talk focuses on WHAT it means in opening new semiconductor opportunities and innovations required in Sensors, Connectivity (Wired and Wireless), Smart Actuators, Power etc. as well including Security, Safety and Software as key System pillars. We also highlight the importance of Digital Twin based Simulations to close the Sim2Real gap and advance Physical AI algorithms in Humanoid Robots.
