What are the attributes of a semiconductor factory of the future? How does one make it smart and autonomous?

This talk will take an end-to-end multi-disciplinary systems and standards driven approach, highlighting the roadmap towards a smart semiconductor factory. The roadmap will include aspects of intelligent data acquisition including high-speed equipment & sensor/IoT data, gaining key equipment & process insights, building an operations & supply chain digital twin, driving towards intelligent prediction, and finally an autonomous system. Taking an integrated approach, the key pieces - across engineering, operations, supply chains and sustainability - will be connected. The talk will leverage key industry insights from SEMI, and summarize key opportunities and challenges ahead.
