This year we have set aside a single day, Tuesday May 9th, for 3 x Focus Area Updates in a workshop format:
- Internet of Everything (morning),
- Photonic and Quantum Technologies (morning); and,
- Heterogeneous Integration (afternoon).
This "Workshop Day" is adjacent to the Stanford/SystemX and SEMI/MSIG Co-sponsored Workshop: "2017 MEMS and Sensors Technical Congress" also here at Stanford on May 10th/11th. Attendees at the Focus Area Workshops who register for this Congress thru our invitation will be underwritten.
